An extensive international career in midwifery spanning 28 years (both NHS and private) sparked a real desire to unite traditional and complementary approaches to fertility and childbirth. During the last ten years I have specialized in providing a holistic perspective to enhance natural fertility, pregnancy and birth.  I am a qualified hypnnotherapist and HypnoBirthing practitioner offering individual and group sessions for clients throughout Scotland and the UK.

Over the last twenty years more couples have had problems conceiving. There may be many physical, social and emotional factors, which can contribute to this. However, about 30% of fertility problems are unexplained, which means there is no known physical reason for their infertility. My vision is to help more couples achieve their desire to have a family.

Amanda shows you natural ways to enhance your potential for conception. Come to a better understanding of your fertile body through nutritional awareness, stress relief, lifestyle adaptation, complementary therapies and powerful visualization techniques.

She draws on her extensive clinical experience in traditional midwifery to ground highly effective complementary approaches and tailor them to meet individual needs.

As part of the workshop, hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP (Emotional Freedom Technique and Neuro-linguistic Programming) are used to release hidden fear and anxiety, and realize fertile potential.
